Founded in 1996 with the premise of cultivating the Cuban popular music, with a project undertaking its members' scenic projection, considering also their versatility, the Cuban musical group "Lady Salsa Mix" is one of the most acclaimed for the audience, precisely for its members talent and charisma.

Their wide and carefully-selected repertory, includes Cha cha chá, Merengue, Calipso, Zamba, Reggae, Son, and Guaracha, made reality on the voices of five beautiful Cuban ladies with three excelent male musicians, Orlandito Mileuna -percussionist and musical director for this project, Mario Núñez -who is in charge of the drums, and Tomás R. Esperón -trumpet; who allows this orchestra to reach a special sound whenever they play Salsa music as a genre strongly cultivated by them, distinguishing them from the rest of Cuban orchestras.

Lady Salsa Mix`s international tours include stages in Portugal, Germany, Austria, Spain, Canada, Latin America, Dominican Republic and Peru, where experts and audience critically considered their musical work as grandiose and plenty, boasting genuine Cuban taste. It is also necessary to mention their work in some interational festivals and it is exactly in this international projection where they have shared the stage with figures like Celia Cruz and Gilberto Santa Rosa.

Having his members an average age of 25 years old and the professionalism these young talents araised from prestigious musical schools, Lady Salsa Mix has among its valuable qualities the fact of having the excelent artistic direction of Sonia Saavedra, who not only conceived this project but also has the general direction and gives an incredible value to the group.

Another Lady Salsa Mix outstanding feature is their scenic domain, so we have to say that since the first notes they not only amazed the audience but also are a real big show where dancing reaches an incredible strength among its members. These qualities, their singers' vocal possibilities and its musical skills transform this orchestra in a deeply attractive option.

Certainly, this orchestra is including four danders and four figurants, who make with the rest of the musicians an unforgettable show, plenty of color through the costumes, choreographies, Cuban identity and versatility becoming the main attraction.

National presentations of this show orchestra include stages at the most prestigious tourist night clubs in Cuba, such as "El Palacio de la Salsa", "Hotel Habana Libre Tryp" -where they have been considered exclusive artists for five years, and "Melia Cohiba Hotel", "La Cecilia" and "La Maison", among some others.

Performances on multiple radio and TV programs are included. At the recording industry world, they have earned with song "Con faldas y a lo Loco" via Caribe Productions label, a place in the markets where good music is the decisive point.
